1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Leap Change's services, including our website at https://leapchange.io (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Subscription Terms

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Leap Change cancels it. You may cancel your subscription renewal through your online account management page.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Leap Change and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Leap Change.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting User Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Service.
